How to Clean Up Your Diet and Enviorment
What and how we eat really affects our health. There is much more to the grand picture of wellness, but this is definitely a major factor.
The first piece of advice is to eat clean. Eat organic if possible. Avoid foods with excessive pesticides, herbicides and other toxins. Avoid food colorings and other artificial additives.
Usually the less processed the food-the better off you are.
Cook with healthy oils. Eat healthy oils and fats. Good options are coconut and avocado oil. Butter as well. Olive oil and fish oils are good raw, not for cooking though.
When cooking with oils, avoid smoking. If the oil starts to smoke, that means that it is being ruined and free radicals are being created. Cooking on a low flame can help you avoid that.
After your diet is cleaned up, you will want to clean up your house. Not from clutter, although that is also a good idea. I am referring to a different cleanup.
