Chronic Fatigue

Are you constantly worn out? Do you not have the energy to do what you want? Chronic fatigue syndrome is a condition where you are constantly overly exhausted. Here are four factors to keep on your dashboard. Stress, Diet, Exercise and Sleep.
Do whatever you can to reduce stress in your life. Eat a nourishing and balanced diet. Get at least 140 minutes of moderate exercise per week. Get yourself a good night’s sleep on a regular basis.
Fatigue can affect our muscles and our brains. Muscle fatigue is that feeling you have after a long day of physical work. They aren’t as forceful as usual. Usually this is caused by a buildup of lactic acid. This is caused by either high energy demand or insufficient supply of oxygen.
Being hydrated is important in treating muscle fatigue.
Brain fatigue or central fatigue is caused by the nervous system.
Fatigue can come from so many different factors. Here are just a few basic possible causes. Anemia, which is a condition where the red blood cells have low hemoglobin levels. Hemoglobin helps carry oxygen from the lungs to the rest of the body. So, anemia may be a possible culprit for fatigue.
Hormonal issues such as hypothyroidism, diabetes and Addison’s disease can cause fatigue.
